@Ian Martin It's going to depend heavily on what the home can be licensed for, the finish of the home, and how many residents it can be licensed for.

Even before the Hurricane damages from Hurricane Ian, there were some legislative changes done in Tallahassee that drove most of the big insurance underwriters out of FL.
