We recently found a competitive Broker that has helped a lot of them cut overhead.

I've just reached a point where I can start saving money, so I'm looking for advice and guidance on how to begin investing, especially using grants or government funding.

Like some of the others on this thread, I am new to Tax Lien investing and recently found the US Tax Lien Association as well. 

I may be overthinking this - I've just never had this much cash on hand and it makes me a little nervous!

I'm interested in all things construction and I've just begun my journey into real estate investing.

I've just gotten multiple unsolicited compliments from multiple tenants and it's extremely user friendly. 

I've just seen too many unrepped buyers who think they're getting a discount by going directly to the listing agent, but they usually actually leave money on the table or screw up in one way or another without even realizing it (negotiating poorly/ not negotiating at all when they should, paying fees the seller typically pays, missing deadlines, misinterpreting inspection reports, not getting a sewer scope or radon or other things like a meth test or structural report or consulting a lawyer when appropriate, selecting most recent mill levy instead of prorated taxes for last calendar year when taxes went up 30% since last year are just a few examples I've seen personally).

I've just decided not to invest in that section of town.  

I've just done the work myself: get a judgment, file to have wages garnished, place liens on any property they may own (I've had some people come up as being on joint title on a property).Some people will sent up a payment plan as soon as the sheriff shows up to serve them with papers because they're so embarrassed!

I recently found a duplex in puerto rico that I can house hack but I'm just worried about the economic situation in puerto rico. the house is in a small town of Coamo not the metro area. should I take this risk of investing in Puerto Rico?
