I see many investors buy a $20k note and get hung up over the yield which the delta between say a 10 or 12% return is a few hundred dollars - waiting an extra six months to buy a loan costs you more…3.

IE some delta between the lower rate and what they could rent the home for..

@Brandon ArnettYou've got some great answers, but you're thinking about losing $100k in liquidity for a delta of around $2760 a year or $230 a month. 

We use the Delta 400 tub and their tub surround.

FWIW  a GFCI  device (either breaker or receptacle) works by sensing the delta between neutral and ground, hence without the ground they really don't work well. 

Rent the place and have a delta of -$2k per month I carry each month.

In digging through the bigger pockets forum I have found that the delta between the actual sales price and what these 3rd party websites list or state can be very high.

I have not looked at Kelowna  prices in a long while but its hard for me to gauge it since I bought in 2000 and sold in 2002 and made a fat profit at that time.. a lot of it was the currency Delta at the  time as well.. buying in US dollars Canadian real estate..

The delta over asking price isn't a good measure.
