This will make this current situation moot, and give all of us more peace of mind as these, our beloved tenants, keep making our mortgage payments and thus making us rich!

Folks would be loving their brand new home and unrealistically low mortgage payment for a year.  

Commercial properties are not known for vast amounts of unforced appreciation but can be lovely cash flow vehicles.The move from appreciation to cash flow is a classic use of the 1031 exchange. 

I’ve been considering OKlahoma and everyone seems to be loving Midwest markets like Kansas City and Columbus.

It also shows how beloved and resilient the area is.

And I am a landlord- I don't need to be loved by my tenants... some of you guys make this so paternalistic!
