Does anybody have any ideas on how i come up with the money for repairs or know anyone who does joint ventures for a profit share or equity split

I am eager to get this new venture started, but it's always nice to have resources to turn to for all the questions.

By real investors I mean people who are taking their money and investing it in real estate related ventures.

In the least, a believer in being fully informed in any venture, I just want to make intelligent decisions in real estate.

I haven't really established a "workflow" so to speak for processing my leads and I was wondering what some of you other investors are doing to process your own leads.

We have completed approximately 13 Flips & ready to venture into Buy & Holds but would like to understand the process & find resources to assist our Entity in starting the B&H in Indianapolis!
