1) offer discount for  weekdays ...Maybe $99   2)  offer overall  discount for  reservations 5+ days  3) lower the cleaning fees  ( I didnt look at yours  but this is what will drive me  away from a  great  booking at times )

[8] Have you thought about offering non-refundable discounts for 4 duplexes, if % is paid pre-build--to give you some cash wiggle room for over runs.[9] Will you manage this out of an office, or just an onsite trailer.[10] Will this be an A,B,C or D neighborhood once it's rented up (what's the area like 3 miles or so around it--it will probably have the same renters.)[11] Is this Gentrification of a neighborhood?

This was a tremendous win for real estate investors, and it provides a unique opportunity for the passive investor to take advantage of tremendous passive losses the first year they invest in an investment through the syndication model.In the same example as above ($375,000 house with land worth $100,000), your depreciation expense could be closer to $100,000 in the first year compared to the $10,000 per year for $27.5 years.
