Favorite off market marketing method and why? 🤔🤔

Gooood mornin’ y’all! I am definitely a fan of the good old fashioned direct mail campaigns. I have done them a couple different ways in the past, but I am currently using Open Letter Marketing for the first time and trying out the automated version on a campaign dropping on 1/2 🙂! Although, I have cold called in the past and that wasn’t too bad with a dialer lol. But automated direct mail is a great way to goooo 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

What is your go-to method and why?

@Kyle Curtin

I like to contact small local banks and ask about REO properties they are holding. I've been able to buy many properties this way. No competition, you do get to negotiate a bit and they will contact you in the future if they have any properties. The last bank I worked with forced me to buy multiple properties at the same time in order to work the deal. It was definitely worth it. You can buy them at a discount and are great for BRRRR projects.
