Now wish I studied R.E. law in school. 

All,I’ll be starting school on Yale’s West Haven campus this August. 

I am also working on completing my GRI(Graduate Realtor Institute) Designation, RENE(Real Estate Negotiation Expert) Certification, and the NAR program called C2EX(Commitment To Excellence) as well... 

I found The Cooke School by doing a Google search; they have solid reviews and offer the 60 hours of course work required to sit for the licensing exam entirely online for $259.  

These expenses include property taxes (school, village/city, town and county) property insurance, regular maintenance contracts for things like lawn care and snow removal, maintenance reserves for unexpected repairs to plumbing, heating, etc and for large expense items like roofs, painting, and updates).  

So, I still need to pay the property and school taxes, water and sewer bill, insurance, and repairs and maintenance.

And I personally think the Go-Giver and Atomic Habits should be required reading in school for everyone

Tenant has been working for the local school board the past twelve years.

I particularly like the newer units in Selma, because they also have great schools.

This was actually a tax sale property that I bought that happened to be my best friends house from high school.
