Has anybody found a tenant recently?

Due to this Covid 19 ******, has anyone closed on a property and actually found someone to rent within the last 21 days? Have my first investment property about to close don’t know that I’ll have a tenant due to all this going on?

I put three tenants in rental last week.   A special ed teacher that was not working, I asked for 2 month security deposit, and 4 months rent.  She happily paid and moved in.  

An assistant manager at local Walmart's moved in last weekend.  She needs to hire 50 people this week.   I am  passing on her name to my tenants calling me to ask for rent relief.  I much rather help them find a job, than a rent reduction.  

Finally third was a Section 8 tenant.  Federal assistance progam paid her deposit.

I have only one more rental available.    10 inquiries early in week only one today.   Maybe Ohio's shelter in place order is starting to kick in.
