I think a passion for the business, combined with hard work and surrounding yourself with the right team and mentors are the key ingredients.With respect to real estate crowdfunding, you should search the discussions and forums - there is a wealth of information from folks much better informed than I.        

I would really consider an investor that is will to do a bit of mentoring as well to assist me in getting established and in return would be able to make profits off of our relationship.I'm asking the forum because I am limited to available time with regards to face to face networking.

Include a brief cover letter w your back up offer that states that this is an, "all cash deal, can close quickly, respectfully yours, etc."

I doubt an established agent would want to spend the time unless it was their listing.Why don't you just post an ad on Craigslist describing exactly what you're looking for, what the arrangement and pay would be and see if you get some calls?

You've got to build some relationships or pay for a broker that has already established them.  

And upon viewing many of the Principal Offices, there are a reasonable number that match UPS Store addresses or other addresses that don't uniquely identify an establishment.

Make sure it is reasonable and logical, and that at least others respect it as well.

WAY cheaper and you should be able to just get it registered faster than establishing it in the first place if you need to in MA.

I will respectfully disagree and say that while such savings is low, I started with none at all and look where I am today.
