We are days away from closing on our first deal in Chickamauga, GA (Walker County, Georgia; about 15 miles south of Chattanooga), and are in search of a reputable property manager.

Currently I'm looking to get started in RE through turnkey and have been communicating with a reputable company.

@Aleksey F.If you have yet to waive the inspection clause in your purchase offer, then there is no reason you cannot make arrangements to bring through a reputable contractor.  

Find out if the company is reputable and the people pulling the strings are as well.

It's door wouldn't fully open and it is currently full of storm windows (for windows that were replaced) so we couldn't get all the way in but from what we could see the exterior wall is floating in at least two places (1-3 inches of space beneath the posts).All together the inspector (who I found and is very reputable according to my agent) said I would be looking at $40,000 in repairs to do everything. 

They get a bad reputation for ostensibly wanting to wage war and to eat people alive.I personally don’t know a single attorney who actually fits this description.

I own some MFH in 29 Palms and have looked at DHS in the past, but the reputation for crime has turned me off. 

Can you comment on your experience and/or recommend reputable companies?
