@Theresa HarrisI have it posted again as of this morning, and I reached out to those I had cancelled the Saturday showing.Of the people who I showed already, the ones who signed the lease were the only ones who had the credit and income / no pets to qualify.But because I thought I had it rented I stopped responding to all the emails/ phone calls for the last 3 days.I want to be fair, to both of us.

Way more hassle than it's worth.I've got a couple emails out to a few firms just to give it a shot but if, as you say, the costs of retaining a licensed IAR are anything but very low, my odds are low.For the benefit of those reading in the future, I'll give a bit of background: I confused not needing a sponsor to take the test with not needing an RIA to hang my license under to be officially licensed.

@Sandra Helena Holtz Ivarsson we recommend that all investors of partnerships or companies that will be making offer have a company (or investor) one-sheet which goes over the goals and then as I said, in the email, you want to explain why you came to this price.
