Career In Real Estate

Petar Tosevski
Posted

Hello, my name is Petar Tosevski and I am currently in the process of getting my Real Estate license. I just came on here to ask anyone to if they have any tips on how to have a more successful first year once I get my license. What things to focus on more, just any tips for a new real estate agent would be great.

Also some side questions I have for other real estate agents are as follow:

What does a typical day consist of for you? How many days and hours do you work in a week? what has been the most challenging thing for you in the career?

Im interested in hearing the perspective of many different people, any tips would help thanks in advance!

@Petar Tosevski

Do a lot of Cold-calling to get listings if you're planning on working with first-time homebuyers or to get OFF-market deals to broker if you plan on working with investors. A lot of agents use Zillow premier agent it provides you with x amount of leads based on the market you are in and how much you pay a month for it. Small tip- follow up is everything will not happen on the first try just remember that.
