Safer At Home guidelines can be put in place for all tenants and the rentals can be marketed with those guidelines clearly defined (might even help attract prospective tenants).

I've had vacancies in my Old Louisville 4-plex in the past and it can definitely be a nerve-wracking experienc.eIf I were you, I'd contact each prospective tenant after each showin and ask them what they liked and didn't like about the property.
