This has led me to learn the rules, procedures and protocols of over 15 states across the U.S.. 

While I enjoy the real estate reality genre, nothing in a my landlording career would interest a  reality TV producer (no drama, by design).

That is, people who only understand working for money, not necessarily having money work for them.My financial mentors teach putting equity to work producing income (arbitrage) instead of letting "dead" equity just sit and ebb/flow with the economic tide.Just wanted to present another viewpoint.

Enter BP...Investing goals: Build a passive, cash flowing portfolio that produces $10M in monthly net cash flows in 10 years.   

A lot of agents in my office use Top Producer.

The one thing I do have in my favor is the fact that I am relatively familiar with Fannie Mae and HUD purchase procedures and am registered buying agent with them.

There is A LOT of WORK in my life and I am ready for this work to produce something other than nonrecurring income.  

Should I contact a top producing real agent in my area to see if she can sell it for me or should I just drop the price to see if I can find a buyer?

Rules of procedure and evidence don't really apply, and appeals are limited.

Personal note/reference: I met Michael and @Bill Labrecque  about a month ago, and while I have not worked with them - they seem very educated in the New Britain market (in addition to all of the content that Michael produces on BP).
