True but also remember that house you buy will appreciate and if you default on it the bank will more then likely no loss any money on it because of PMI and/or the Hefty down payment you put down on it vs a vehicle that will depreciate soon as you drive it off the lot and the excess mileage you put on it afterwards.

I am closing on the sale of my house on the 5th of December and will live in a motor home while traveling and rehabbing investments.
