Maybe give a short info session on working with investors.Can you share some of the actions you've taken to increase your profile in the community?

Some of these events they might try to sell you into a mentoring program or try to sell you something else.

Should I just educate myself as much as possible and jump in or work with a mentor? 

I know I 'm going to have to put money out there to get help from someone to mentor me,  In my area, Woodland Hills, CA, it is not so easy finding a local REIA.

Hello All My name is Antonio and i am new the Relestate investing and wholesaling and looking for a mentor in the Boston area.

(This is an REO.)Sooo, I have a call in to my mentor to get her advice on whether to cancel, or see if my buyer can get the $42k reduced to a much lower amount, or see if the bank wants to get it paid off before he buys the place.Anybody have any ideas?
