Newbie from Hoboken, NJ
Hey everyone! My name is Greg Byers and I am new to real estate investing. I am currently working as a Physical Therapist but would like to additionally pursue real estate investing in buy and hold single family homes or condos. I live in Hoboken and am thinking about areas in hudson county but am open to anything. I am just trying to learn as much as I can right and really appreciate this site and and any feedback. Thanks!

Welcome Greg. I lived in Hoboken for many years and loved my time there.
That's actually where I started investing, and its a great market!
Luckily, I've held on to 4 condo's in Hoboken and they are doing quite well. I'm going to be listing one for sale next spring, I'm looking to sell a 1 bedroom and provide owner financing for a young professional.
