Greetings everyone,I am moving to New Jersey in the next few months (after living there practically my whole life) and I wanted to get my real estate license for the state.

I am looking for any recommendations on good property managers in New Jersey. 

I'm a newbie and have decided to look for out of state deals because it's just not possible for me to start here in Jersey.

They're less than 1/4 of what I pay here in Jersey City.

Look at Chicago, New Jersey, New York, and California.

I'm also from the south jersey area and have 11 rental units under our portfolio.

Hello,My family and I are located in Central jersey, and have been wondering if investing in west jersey / pa is worth it due to low costs of home.

I live in New Jersey, in Ocean county and spend most of my time near my job in mercer county.

Im in New Jersey and the current rents are really low, but the area isn't the greatest.
