Investing in West Jersey / PA

Hello,

My family and I are located in Central jersey, and have been wondering if investing in west jersey / pa is worth it due to low costs of home. Has anyone ever invested in this are or flipped homes in this area? 

Our goal is to begin flipping in those locations within the next year or two.
