I'm looking for a recommendation for a tenant screening/selection service.

I think Rarebird would be doing their members a big service to invite one of the Department of Real Estate enforcement officers to a meeting and explain what is legal and what is not.. and same with someone from the CCB...Having gone toe to toe with those folks and losing  .. and the division of corporate securities and paying fine.Oregon is  tough place to do this the way all the rest of the wholesalers work through out the country.. 

Hi All,Who do you recommend for licensed full service inspection companies?

The company I own provides those services, but not on such a small one-time project far from us, but you will find many consultants in northern CA who can help.  

I did not get a response, so I called him and the number is no longer in service.

and it puts wholesalers in the used car salesmen category not a professional or providing a service the only service they provide is to make money for themselves.. which you can do being an agent.. or better yet be a true investor just buy the house do something to it and resell it.. 

It is a series of services and products we offer our tenants to increase the Net Operating Income on our properties.

@Eddie Gonzalez Hi Eddie, are you still hosting meet-ups for investors?

Are there back outside service stairs to the basement?

@Jim Adrian it’s a complete guy, sans most of the flooring, because the place has been vacant for 10 years, the plaster ceiling is falling down everywhere, walls need to be reconfigured to make it fit a SFH instead of a Duplex better, Mechanicals all need replacing due to rodent/critter damage, and city code will require electrical service upgrade and new water service, etc… It’ll be a fun project, has good bones, just the soft meaty stuff inside that sucks.
