The husband and wife are likely going to be on the same page, so it will constantly be 2 against 1, yet you are the one living there.

So for the price they will charge you, meh I don't think it is worth it, but yeah it can be a good idea.

@Raghavendra Jakkani first, agree with everyone else about every occcupant 18+ being screened & signing the lease, with one exception - an occupant that is claimed on another occupant's tax return as a dependent.

Rest assured; the process is designed to be straightforward. 

I'll be interested to learn how those might be different or better than the ones I'm looking at in b and c zips. 

I know mortgage lien will be extinguished but not sure the other types.

Stay local -- you have to be there physically.

That being said, I can certainly work within the 90k-120k refi.Depending on the area, I'm not surprised that banks/CUs would struggle.
