We homeschool and garden our own food thus an agricultural homestead is our goal.Ideal isn’t vital as we understand we might need to house hack our way up to a larger property.

Mostly I am interested in taking homeInsurance because of the liability reasons.

Just food for thought.

I mean just the food is reason enough to live there. 

For the non-professionals employees, we are the startup city for food franchises and have a warehouse district on the south end that houses Target, WalMart, Amazon, Boars head meats, etc.

Should we talk about the inflation in food and ever increasing fuel prices?  

Very small town, like going back in time, but it still has modern conveniences like major fast food chains and a major supermarket chain.

At the end of the month, they need to have free cash flow so they can pay their bills and put food on the table.

Just some food for thought that anonymity really does not exist, in anyway that is meaningful.

I checked into it for a six-plex and it sounded like such a pain the landlord decided to drop it and he pays the water and garbage.This is what keeps us in business and food on the table....Landlords that say “screw it, that sounds like a pain.
