I certainly am not looking for a place to sell myself as I do that all day at work, rather I would like to fill in my deficiencies with some of the brilliant people on this site and hope to share some thoughts and experiences as well.My objective going forward is to transition out of sales into a portfolio as an owner so I can spend more time building a family and enjoying life.

At most, I might have filled one dump truck during the last house rehab. 

As being the lowest priced should fill it quick unless there is another problem?

Hello,I currently have a rental unit that I am trying to fill and have a few different applications.

We were supposed to be getting there now but frontier cancelled our flights so hoping to make it back soon to check out the area and get someting under contract.

I recommend creating a google form where you have candidates fill that out.

We also have 2 and 3 br condos that a two blocks from the beach that rent for considerably less (and cost a 1/3 of the price of the ocean fronts),   if you're specifically looking to fill it with vacationers, I would recommend looking at Folly Beach, Isle of Palms, Kiawah Island, and Edisto Island in that order. 

The proper replacements are steel filled with cement.
