I have found three different instances where more than one building is for sale as a package deal.

I think the cheapest package is $85/mo.

Oriol,  I'd suggest you speak with some folks in London who have bought or have considered buying property in Spain and find out what challenges they have encountered in the buying process. 

Amazon sells a package of 4 window locks for $5.68 or a package of 10 for $14.90.

@Mark Creason you can offer a package deal, not only will you sell the bridge, but your friend, Friendly Bob can offer some great financing!   

I recently have seen almost a 10 % response rate from custom letters that I mail in more of a UPS or FedEx style letter package - much bigger, better open rate, shows urgency etc.

These guys see hundreds of deals and can almost give you a bootcamp on what's a good deal and what isn't a good deal when you submit a package to them.
