If this is simply a concern you have thought of, forget it as a tenant making a claim is very rare and usually comes out of some other agreements that have failed, like a lease with an option.

Especially if you tell them that those pins are supporting the foundation and everything is cool.Normally I wouldn't be too concerned either, except in the first photo, it's been repaired and still moving.
