They are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with all the upgrades including: granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, 18x18 tile flooring, nine-foot ceilings, premium carpet, master suite, indoor laundry, automatic sprinklers and fully landscaped front yards.

So a few days ago I noticed a little bulge in my 1st floor bedroom ceiling.

They estimated 20K because they would have to destroy the ceiling on the first floor.

And the rooms must have a minimum ceiling height.

Check the opening bid prices and then set a ceiling of what you would pay. 

The ceiling on the main level livingroom has a crack, guessed due to the foundation.
