His communication is excellent, he is willing and able to answer questions and give honest feedback about properties (he doesn't just try to sell you on anything and everything), and he has experience with investment properties. 

It’s a simpler process and ensures that some basic maintenance is taken care of without the complications of refunding deposits.

I wouldn't recommend getting a loan for a down payment but if you do be careful cause your DSCR might not cashflow as well.Let me know if you want to discuss this any further or have any other questions.Best,Jackson
