I'm 19, when people discourage me it just makes me stronger inside some how.I know if I want to achieve something,it's how bad I want it.Thanks All Cash for pointing out that I do need finally fix my grammar,and spelling.I know I'm very poor in that area,but love giving speeches.I'm about to take some speech class at my college.Accounting is not in my field at all,but I'll do whatever I can to understand it because it is a key element of understanding any type of investment.After reading "Rich&Poor dad" made me understand it a lot better.I just need to work on organizing, and my focus.

., as I was saying I live in southern California which is located in Corona outside of San Diego .I am a contractor self employed I am into rehab home and repair remodeling and renovation. yes I do have investment property here I want to learn more about investing into the rehab /wholesaling for numbered years I have worked on properties preparing them for the market .so I would like to learn about the investing part of the industry .thought the best place to start is to become a bird dog since I have a lot experience in the remodeling fields

I hang out with like minded people who believe in helping those at any level of thier investing careers as i have mentors of my own who genuining are excited about my company's success and the sucess of others and i pass those value to the group of new investors in my network here where i live while enriching my self with the knowledge they bring to the table as i only invest in multi-family units at this time.It's always enriching to be around like minded people here.

I've always found investing in and developing properties to be interesting, so I want to get some experience as it may be a potential career someday (note: I'm not looking for a position as a real estate agent).I've spent a ridiculous amount of time contacting commercial real estate firms that I found on the web, but I have not gotten a positive response from anyone.
