New from MD/VA area
I'm currently finishing up my management degree at Towson University while looking around to find out what I want to get into. I don't want to work for someone else and make them rich for the rest of my life. I defiantly want to have my own business one of these days. I've been wanting to get into real estate for awhile but I really don't have the cash to start and I'll have to start paying for my student loans soon. I do want to learn as much as possible with real estate so I will know what to do when I start investing. I'm thinking about buying a townhouse with my girlfriend soon and renting off a couple rooms to people just to start off. I'm also around Prince Frederick, MD , Centreville, VA , and Towson, MD quite a bit. I'd like to get a nice cash flow with rental properties. Any help would defiently be appreciated on how to start off in real estate.
