Hello everyone,I currently own a vacation rental in Orlando, and are planning to purchase another one during 2017.The new purchase will be together with my brother in law.

My brother has been doing it for a couple years and I've now just decided to get involved however not with him.

btw, the contractor is also my brother in law, our goal is to keep it all in the family and help each other.

@Richard Corley Sorry brother, Yes i over looked that request in the original post, however rossmortgage will do a "homestlye loan", i know those loans wont require you to occupy , hope this helps brother
