LLC or privately owned?

Hello everyone,

I currently own a vacation rental in Orlando, and are planning to purchase another one during 2017.

The new purchase will be together with my brother in law. Our goal is to own 8-10 houses within 2025. Move to the states, and live on the CF.

The one I own today is registered only on me.

With the ones we buy together, would you recommend starting a LLC?

Pros? Cons?

We live in Norway, so not 100% sure of what would be the best option.

Thankful for any advice.
