Hey everybody, I am brand new to the game and keep getting torn on which direction I should go.

We are still very new to the game, what are the things to look out for when structuring the loan?

.:)  The real answer is to prevent churning or constant refinances in an appreciating market because the secondary mortgage market is built on mortgage backed securities and lenders would have to pay their yield spread back to the investors if the loans kept coming out of the security.You can go with a DSCR loan that doesn't require 6 months seasoning, but the terms are not as favorable as they would be if you waited and since you're playing the long game with the property, it's best that you wait.80% is available, but again, the terms are not nearly as favorable as they would be at even 75%. 

I score people on a "whole person" review in three broad categories: proof of identity, how much they make, how well they pay their bills.If they are so young they don't have credit or a Landlord reference, then they are high risk.

Just listened to the latest BP podcast and it convicted me that I’m not surrounding myself with others in the game.

The downstairs area has never been an STR and is currently used as an game room/office.

What is your end game. 

The problem is the top tenet has become unruly and needs to be evicted, the houses were renting for 850 each and i am not knowledgeable in evictions. but if this gets me into the game ill fight tooth and nail to get this property if its worth it!

Networking is huge is this game, plus it is very refreshing to be surrounding with like minded people.
