My thought is to print a bunch of those door hangers and go through my desired neighborhood and door knock with a clipboard.Has anyone tried this?

The reason for the hesitancy is because: 1) I don't have a business so I don't even know what business name to put on the card.  2) I really don't know what information to put on the card besides my name and phone number and I don't want to print out cards with just my name and phone number.... just seems like I'm not serious. 3) Designs?

One of my top competitors here in the East Bay is actually a branch of a mortgage bank with horrible reviews all over the place, but they did the licensing stuff to be able to brand themselves as a different company (rather than being a "branch"), and have phenomenal reviews, you'd only know they are with that SLMB (s.... little mortgage bank) if you read the small print on the website and on your disclosures REALLY carefully.

I just checked back at the printed closing paperwork I have and am remembering (seeing the two Quit Claim deeds) that in closing the refinance we switched ownership to me at the beginning and back to the LLC at the end.
