One is a 10 unit 1 bedroom needs a complete rehab priced at 70k but I have no clue what the expected rehab cost and honestly I’m not in the position to take on that risk.

We have done a significant amount of work to with adding a bathroom and bedroom for a "master Suite" in the basement.

That ended up leaving a large hole in the roof, interior bedroom ceiling and bathroom ceiling.

I'm looking for 3 Bedroom 1 or 2 bath homes to buy and hold/flip and they will be cash purchases.
