Hi my name is Craig  nd I'm an investor in California looking for an agent I can work with to help me purchase/partner buy homes in Springfield, MO.  I'm looking for 3 Bedroom 1 or 2 bath homes to buy and hold/flip and they will be cash purchases.  There’s several good ones in town. If you’re interested in paying retail I can give you a list. My suggestion would be to connect with @Andrew Newlon he and his partner probably wholesale more houses in town than anybody else in Springfield.
