I have a couple I am considering and I have a couple lenders lined up.The issue I'm facing right now is that, while I have the majority of the funding, and even access to some/most of the down payment, seemingly ready to roll, I still need more for down payments and fees and all.Anyone have any options they could provide for closing this last gap I'm facing?

Short-term anything can happen but using historical average appreciation for both RE and rent appreciation in a few years this barely cash flowing property will have appreciated significantly and had associated rent appreciation and now be cash flowing nicely and produced a nice ROI mostly due to the appreciation.
