The big question is how much to adjust.In my area, there are a lot of neighborhoods where half the homes have pools and half do not.

If they can't afford to own a home or need to be able to move quickly then that will create a bigger pool of renters.IMO rentals will be a great place to be.

Last year we could stay in our backyard and do 100 deals no problem now were traveling to reach our goals.

I personally find $100/mo a rather high fee.Unless you get perks for this much - pool, tennis court, playground.
