Sometimes it's better to stand up for what you believe in than worry about your bottom line and/or pissing off a few customers.

My farm can be broken into 25 lots at with a deep well and Fort Hall irrigation I imagine that if a person builds top quality homes you would stand to make millions, so just don’t look at Boise area for investing, not with what is happening in Bannock County.

The point of that is trying to stand out and adding in an additional 1st contact approach...

For a few different reasons I'm wanting to see if I can somehow sell and recoup and/even stand to turn a profit I'm hoping.  

From a liquidity stand point it may be much harder to sell a building with all 1 unit apartments or studios unless the area has a demographic that has stability and tendency to rent 1 bd or studios.

The house was knocked down and a big house is standing where the little rancher was.
