I like to maintain a degree of diversification and liquidity, and although I like RE, stocks, especially retirement stocks, have some really good benefits as far as tax deferred growth and tax free gains.As far as your 2 beliefs - I think it's more that those who track their net worth likely have better financial habits and responsibility than those who don't.

IMHO, if Trump does win, I'm certain we'll see lower rates, but I don't think his election will have the dramatic impact that many think it will.

I also worked with a Realtor as welk and his ARV estimate was only 6k from what I actually got.

A tenant is moving out and has offered to leave his factory reset SimpliSafe security system in place for $80 (retail $250).
