I'm 37 years old and brand new to real estate investing.My goal is cash-flow from a multi-family via house hacking for my first property.My goal is to do my first deal on a 4-plez by March 6th, 2025.I live in Tampa, FL which seems to be a good market to start for my goals.Thank you for having me here!! 

A regular camera will monitor more of an area, but it is nice to have the doorbell version so if the house is empty and someone rings the doorbell, you are notified and can talk to them through it.

Would like to keep the property for down the road, but realizing I might be better off to get a place in town with more space and try to turn this place into an investment property for the time being instead.

Second, as you can see on this thread, some of our colleagues take a rather cowboy approach, and I disagree with their position.
