Hello all BP-ers! My name is Vi and I live right outside of Austin in Travis County. We moved about a year ago and purchased our home that we are in now. We do have renters in our previous home in Auburn WA.  So have some lite experience being landlords but are very interesting in real estate investing by way of flips. Can't wait to dig into the forum and learn more from everyone on here!
