Most reasons have already been stated above such as: job loss, medical health issues leading to job loss, divorced spouse/domestic violence issues, allowing their adult children, boyfriends/girlfriends/former spouse  move in that are not on the lease and whose financial and rental history would fail to meet rental criteria set by you. 

In addition I am in a syndication that has several commercial, and medical dental properties.

I found BP about a year ago while medically recovering and I have still not decided what to do.  

Two of my last three tenants in different places: a young girl with a decent job who wanted to buy her own place (and did so after a year in one of my houses as a great tenant), and a "just married" young couple with one in medical school, great people.

They could easily turn around a buy a new car or pay medical bills with it.

So when I asked if an assisted living facility was feasible in this home, she said it wouldn't pass the medical board in its current condition.

@Greg Spring, there are a few different one, MCREIA is a big one but if you go on meetup's website there are a bunch of other ones that people host locally and advertise times and locations through meetupAccount Closed, people are usually referring to 35803 and some or all of 35802 as SE Hsv, 35801 in more central (downtown/medical district), 35805 is SW, 35816 is west and sits on the north side of 35805, 35810 and 35811 are north (west and east respectively), "The Parkway" or 231 is the east west dividing line

Makes sense and thank you.We do have the premier medical facilities in our whole section of the state so it could be an option. 

However, I know that there are a number of medical personnel constantly looking for rentals near Advocate Christ so I thought I would give that area a look to see if anything is available.
