@Thomas Baylor  As both a landlord and property manager who does a lot of business in Portsmouth, I’d say this property is not a good option for a brand new investor.  

Someone brand new with no clue of what to do should start small and work up.

Most of the houses in that area are brand new so it’s hard to compare.

This home is basically brand new, built in the end of 2019.

I'm looking to change the name of my business due to a change of business direction and branding, and was curious if anyone has ran across this before or has any helpful input.

Our inspector said that it was possibly a garage that was converted to a livable unit...there's a kitchen, brand new electrical panel, bathroom etc.

Unless that land is worth $80k or the home is brand new, it is way overpriced.
