I want to take care of my family and give to many causes worldwide.

There office staff was quick to answer all concerns and there clean up crew that comes when job was finished was fantastic.

The nice thing about presenting a builder a list of items is they usually have the staff on hand to easily correct problems, so fixing things probably doesn't cost as much as a normal seller who needs to bring someone in.

These days, I'm a little bit more strapped for time with my business so I'll occasionally make the general meeting (or send someone from our staff in my place) but I usually switch off between the Chester County subgroup, the Montgomery County subgroup, and sometimes the Delco subgroup.

I do not have a licensed broker on staff, but I do have a buddy working at ReMax and he said I could use that as my broker and be within the law.

In the other thread about LU inc, someone brought up the smugness of the MGT & office staff.

Eventually, I'd like to be successful enough to have a staff to manage my properties, and possibly even begin to manage properties for others - but that's something for much later.Right now, I don't know the first thing about buying property. 

  $10M of small unit count can be achievable, $100M would require hiring and managing of dedicated staff (it would be a full time job).
