I am in sales so when I am not travelling 16 hour days I am working 10+ hours at the office plus take client calls even when I am not at work.

i'm hoping to travel down the same path as you.  

I think that I am mostly looking around Randolph AFB, Lackland AFB or the Medical Center.

These days, we use the Southwest Visa -- we get points (which can be used towards free travel) and with $110,000 in spend per year, we get a companion pass so my wife (or whomever) can fly free with me.

Oh I still do, i travel the country and play frequently.

It seems as long as I take my medication the chances of me dying from my bad genes is reduced drastically, but I wonder will I work another 5 years hustling to get more and more money than I need and then be diagnosed with cancer and given 1 month to live?

As @Eric Fernwood stated Vegas is all relatively close so it would not be impossible for a PM Co to travel across town to make it happen but I would use a PM that specializes in your area and your type of property.Best of luck! 

You seem to be on the opposite track - you keep adding cities, which require knowledge, teams and travel time.

I don't like open kitchens (or the big open space) as sound travels too easily into the surrounding spaces, I know others who love them.
