Hi there,I have contacted support 3 or 4 times trying to find out where the multi-family books that I purchased back on August 21st are.

Instead of determining a player’s value relative to its team (wins above replacement) can there be a singular numerical value that contains pertinent market data (appreciation rates, population growth rates, etc) applied to a specific properties intrinsic metrics, compared relatively  to a predetermined market size…bundled up in a singular value metric?

I've had a drunk driver plow through a 6x8 external rear porch roof support on one of my properties.

Based on customer service, website design and functionally, any problems, tech support, company philosophy, etc.....?

I also work full time and have numerous personal obligations.

I have not heard of it but fully support and @Joe Splitrock take.
