Traditional retail sellers will be the folks you are connecting with buyers regardless of whether your buyer is an investor or traditional homeowner.As an investor, I want an agent who regularly walks properties; sees value, expense and risk; and recommends the gems to me, not the dogs. 

If everyone start hoarding their dollars, more people lose their jobs at retailers, who in turn effect manufacturers, and the services that provide those manufacturers.

I would stay away from Retail and Hotels at this time.

Currently the property is actively for sale to a retail buyer.

Costar is a major commercial site with LoopNet as the free retail front end

I wouldn't be looking at a near retail priced anything.
