MLS Virtual Tour Anyone?

So, I've always heard that real estate agents have MLS access, which is clearly superior than the online tools available to the public, but it's always been unclear to me what exactly an investor is gaining from that increased level of access. I'd like to understand what advantage would be gained by having this level of access.

Would anyone be generous enough to set up a zoom or hangouts virtual tour so that I could get a clearer understanding of this?

@Russell Brazil

The Arizona MLS is crap too. It looks outdated and something from the 90s. They need to take the billions we give them and renovate it to something more user friendly.

I use Realtor.com for all my investment searches since it's more accurate than Zillow.
