Hi everyone,I'm evaluating a SFH in Columbus OH at the moment, everything looks ok except that this property isn't connected to city water (it is on well water, of which the pipe has broken).

Tax sales are murky waters.

We use guardian for water so unless they don't pay there is no cost. 

Reasons for not wanting them there is that is where the electrical panel, furnace, hot water tank, etc are. 

Nw is a great walkable neighborhood, anything close to the water is good too.

Boat's already in the water.

Another new draw for SE Austin / Bastrop is the Circuit of the Americas, which just announced a new NASCAR race series and the creation of a water park and other entertainment.

As you know rent is quite low (median in Milwaukee is about 1,200 for a single family) yet you have the same infrastructure to maintain: one kitchen, one bath, one HVAC, one water heater etc - cost of replacing a water heater is the same, no matter if your rent is 700 or 1200 or 1600 (which is our typical rent for a SF).Income (rent) is a function of size: bedroom and bathroom count as well general space meaning square footage.
